::This is a historical building. It offers 1-3 bedroom vacation rentals, decor is contemporary industrial. We have a two bedroom apartment, loft master upstairs and a queen bedroom and bathroom downstairs. If you cant walk up and down stairs, you might not like it very much. TV in each room and living room. Sofa is a queen sofa sleeper. Full kitchen with stainless appliances, washer dryer, beautiful master bath with two showers. Restaurants, coffee shops, studios, music...it is all within walking distance. The suggested parking garage is a short walk a block away. We paid $20 day and you have in and out privileges. This place is amazing! You will not be disappointed.

::Very clean, reasonable price, and great location. Very close to bourbon street. The issue we had was dealing with the Operation manager of factors row. She was very rude and unprofessional upon our arrival. We arrived one hour early before our check in. Before checking in I called Stay Alfred customer care and asked if we could check in early. Customer care stated we could check in early and that our room was ready. We arrive to factors row and were approached by the Operations manager who rudely said "check in is at 3 pm I will charge you a $60 fee for early check in." I then explained that we were told we could check in already by Stay Alfred. She argued and said there's no early check in and demanded me to call back to see who informed me of that. I called back stay Alfred and they explained to her that they did indeed tell me to check in. She got very upset and reluctantly waived the $60 and allowed us to go up to our room. ONE HOUR early. Not as if it was hours and hours. This is not how residents should be greeted. She never apologized for the miscommunication nor her terrible attitude.
