  Don't knock it until you have tried it - for free. The boot camp is run by great coaches and held outside on sports fields that allow for "all out" sprints and plyometric/ballistic exercises without weights. There are great athletes at this gym but it's not an intimidating environment. If you give it 100%, you will be sore (and thankful).

  This place is awesome! The coaches care about your results. They will do everything in their power to push you pass your comfort zone. Which of course brings out the true results. . Not for the weak. if you are up for a challenge this is the place for you. .

  I started going to STAX Bootcamp around August 2016 and have been hooked ever since. I've always been active but these workouts and the group camaraderie helps me push myself to new levels. This training helped me complete my first Spartan race. But regardless of your level, you can come out here and challenge yourself. We all encourage each other.

  STAX bootcamp is the best workout in town! It is a great mix of strength, cardio, and competition. I have been going continuously for 4 months and getting stronger each week. Most affordable workout in Charlotte (FREE!).
