  Horrible experience with them. So sketchy. Each time I would get a different agent, who all told me different things. They kept changing the amounts they said I was supposed to pay. Then I finally cancelled my car insurance with them, and they 'made a mistake' and cancelled all my insurance policies. I had no idea until I received letters in the mail that everything was cancelled. So unreliable. Definitely choose another agent instead; I moved everything to Aubrey Holt.

  This is Absolutely The WORST insurance agency I have ever dealt with! I have been with State farm for many years and Jared dean is the worst customer service you could imagine!!! for example 1). If you call . dont expect a phone call back and when you call them back there dripping with honey in excuses. 2). I added a homeowners policy in Oregon and they proudly excepted the money. However they never changed my Auto policy's from Wa. to Or. Further more when I asked how much the savings where they stated $6.00 . I fell backwards outta my chair laughing. they were trying to hose me! I feel like there were big saving the agent was trying to pocket. 3.) I added a fish boat to my policy. It took them three months to get it right. They had my 22' sled sporting a 225hp trolling motor . and took three attempts to get the vin right . In summary there were several other events with this agency. It's just too much to right. BUT the icing on the cake is when i called and told them to get it right or I would be moving my policy..They were completely ambivalent!!! totally did'nt care !!!!! SO; Jarred Dean State Farm you SUCK!

  I've always received great service from this office. John does a great job handling all of our insurance needs.

  As someone who is publicly passionate about automobiles and making sure my vehicle is safe, I would not recommend Jared Dean State Farm to anyone. After calling to switch my renters insurance, they cancelled the policy on my new address and kept insuring the home I did not occupy. This mixup was no revealed to me until I got a cancellation notice in the mail weeks later. The policy for the new address was cancelled the day I called to cover my new address. I also called three times to cancel my policy this morning (during office hours) and the phone was not answered. If you are that incompetent with paperwork I certainly do not trust you with my car.

  Wish I could give zero stars. Liers and theives. Don't tell you all the information. Charge you for days of coverage you don't use when starting a new month. Take money from your account after you cancel with them and battled me for almost 3 weeks before they "refunded" me money that they should never have taken in the first place. Made me miss a bill. And to top it off. They didn't refund me the correct amount. Stole $50 off of my refund. When I asked why they say it's just how the system works. Never deal with them again.
