  I had never used Stark before this weekend. The AC stopped cooling on Sunday morning. I called Stark at 11 and Carlos was there by 12:30. I can't say enough good about Stark. Carlos was thorough, professional and went above and beyond to correct the problem. Everyone I spoke with were examples of customer service at it's best. I will definitely call them again.

  Tony came out today. Very professional and knowledgeable. Really impressive. Got me back up and running pretty fast and the cost was reasonable.

  Eric came out, on time, and did our annual service check. Our unit is 16 years old and we will replace within the next six months but was happy Eric was honest with me and explained all the options available and gave us an itemized list of all parts that could be replaced if we didn’t want a new unit. There was no pressure to replace parts or buy a new unit. The facts were simply laid out. He suggested we have their Comfort Specialist come out, free of charge, and show us the options for installing a new unit so when the time came we would know what we wanted to install and the cost. Financing was also available if needed he said. He collected no money today as we are on their annual plumbing and air conditioning plan which has been awesome. We pay less than $200 a year for the plan and they come out and check all plumbing and air conditioning needs with their inspection and service. Well worth the money. So far we have had a hot water heater, garbage disposal, and air conditioner parts installed by them over the last five years. A great company with honest people who really care.

  Charlene was the most kind and helpful customer service rep I have spoken to in a long time. She listened to my issue with compassion and got someone to my house in a heartbeat. David Meyer came out and helped me with a clog in my condensation/AC line that I couldn't get myself, quickly and professionally. Please call this company, they were awesome!

  I was searching the web for the cause of our heat pump freezing over and Stark Service heat & air ad suddenly popped up on the screen. I went to their website and read some of the reviews-all positive. Yesterday I called Stark and spoke to Charlene.She was so friendly and courteous and best of all she was so easy to talk to that I felt at home talking with her. She even talked me into applying for Stark membership so I could get a discount on the services. That same day she sent Lawson/tech to our house. Lawson was polite and efficient. He took time to check both the condenser and the furnace and was willing to explain to me what and why items or parts need replacing. He completed his checklist and made sure that everything is working fine before he left. I am glad God directed me to call Stark. I surely would recommend Stark to family and friends.
