  It’s simply terrible. They forget to write the names of students/staff that ordered their coffee and have us wait a 30-40 min wait for a cup of coffee.

  Typical. If you've been to a Starbucks, you've been to this one. Pricey. Convenient. Plan on waiting in a long line. Be nice to the counter women.

  I love Starbucks. I was once a Starbucks partner and I had a great manger so I know how Starbucks should be with the training and costumer service. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, terrible costumer service, very very slow with making the drinks. They stand chatting and leave the costumers waiting on the line. Even though, 90% of the costumers are students so they need to hurry and go to class, but the baristas seem to not care about that. This is the closest Starbucks near my school.

  it sucks. they run out of everything. the price is double than what it usually is in other locations and half the time they mess up your order. if you're going to charge me double I expect it to taste double as good.
