  Love this Starbucks!! Cozy atmosphere inside Renissance Hotel and Tower...open to the public, great staff, great everything. I saw the woman yesterday but that looked just like "Amy" on "Big Bang Theory" but I didn't bother her. This Starbucks is open to the general public. If it wasn't Amy she has a look alike that could pass for her any place, any time! Added benefit: Goggle Starbucks WiFi is free!!

  I love this Starbucks. The staff take the time to get to know you and learn what you like.

  The staff is always very friendly and welcoming; I come here before or after work, or just to hang out with friends all the time and I've never had a bad experience. I go to many Starbucks, but this is one of my favorites.

  Great staff very friendly and some great singing and great music playing. I could have sit in there all day, so relaxing

  What an amazing staff. You can feel the energy, positivity, and the contagious vibe produced by the staff to help start your day. I actually work for a rival, and asked to borrow something crucial to our business, and they let me! Just goes to show how awesome Rachel and their entire staff is.
