  Quick in and out service, only downside is very limited parking. On the upside of that the service is very quick so parking turnover was frequent. Appears to be more of an app ordering location, people are in and out quickly.

  Wifi doesn’t work, so avoid if trying to get lunch and some work done. Staff is nice.

  Staff is always friendly, but I can never seem to get the whole order right unless I order a plain tea. I’m not sure the staff knows that the food items need to thaw for at least 8 hours or they end up grainy and mushy on the inside. Lobby could be a little cleaner, but whenever the blonde manager is working things seem to run the most smoothly, and look their best.

  It's a shame that Starbucks, a place that used to be known for its quality, has declined so much in recent times. Both the coffee and food were disappointing, with watery coffee and underbaked goods, and the service was lacking in professionalism. The negative attitude of the servers further contributed to the poor quality of my experience, and I found the overall cost to be overpriced given the subpar products and service. It's disappointing to see such a decline in quality at a previously reliable establishment.
