  Lady making the coffee (Infiniti) was too busy texting on her phone when she had customers waiting for their coffee. She also had an attitude when a customer asked a question about whether they put the right thing in their drink. She was rude and unbothered that she was making customers wait while she texted.

  Jayla just brightened my day! I came in the store, killing time waiting for my car to get serviced at Discount Tire. I was feeling flustered about my car taking so long and as a result I changed my drink order about 30 times. She and the other young man working were so kind and patient with me! Someone please give these sweet kids a raise!!

  Employee was making mocha that i ordered and dipped his four fingers by mistake in front of my eyes and he took that cup on the side and gave me the same coffee and i asked for hot coffee and gave me cold coffee even without warming it. Rude service

  I have been going to this Starbucks for about 7 months now. I have always been able to use stars for a free drink. I'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. What you can't do is do a mobile order. This is a good grocery store Starbucks. They more quickly run out of stock than a full Starbucks and usually take a bit more time. They also don't have all of the options available (like blonde espresso) However, the staff are always friendly and have always got my drink right.
