::Why is it becoming impossible to get served in a timely way in Starbucks any more???? I was in this store at 3:30 this afternoon. When I cam in, one person was waiting. No employees were visible. One finally emerged with his hands full of boxes. The other employees remained in the back having an argument. Even though more and more people came in, the one employee was left to deal with everything while the other employees continued their argument. Diversity is great, but how about some service????

::Done with this place. Used to get good coffee and friendly service here, but no more. Staff is inattentive, if not rude. The last few times I bought coffee here I had to microwave it to proper drinking temp. A day ago, I ordered dark roast but was given medium roast without anyone asking me if it were okay. Then today I was served a cold cup of dark roast off the bottom of a nearly empty tank. I asked for it to be heated up. Instead the rude person who poured it told me it was cold because I asked for heavy cream. Which was ridiculous. The cream made up less 10% of the cup's contents. That small an addition could have been ice and it still wouldn't have cooled down hot coffee that much or so quickly. The place is an over-priced nasty dump. Enter at your own risk.

::This wasn’t my regular Starbucks it is now. The manager and staff here are amazing , friendly and helpful - and now I can add wonderful and honest. Last week, I dropped my envelope with my weekly pay I had ready for rent in the store and only realized the next day that it might there. I called them and a barista had found the envelope and passed to Hiwot amd Victoria the managers who kept it two days for me - it would have been a really unpleasant mistake and this team really made my day. Thanks so much!!

::Absolutely love this Starbucks. Located in a super charming quiet neighborhood in Alexandria. My sister and I sat outside had a very relaxing coffee date. I had an iced chai latte, it was absolutely perfect for a hot day. The staff was also very helpful and friendly!

::Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I had a tasty drink. Products: It was my first try of the famous 'Pink Drink' and it was absolutely delicious. The barista even wrote down the ingredients so I could take the recipe home in hope of replicating it. Location: On the corner of the street and a very short walk from the hotel we were staying at Hilton Embassy Suites Alexandria Old Town, CVS and Whole Foods.
