  This was the worst Starbucks experience ever, and I once had a bug in my coffee... I thought that was bad. This morning my daughter and I stopped at the highlands Starbucks for the first time, there were 3 guys working and they seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. It took us 10 minutes to get our 2 drinks and they were both messed up. Mine was the worst of the 2 though. I had asked for decaf and it is regular & no cinnamon dulce in it. I will regret drinking it later since the caffeine will make my stomach sick but we had a dry appointment to get tok and could not wait any longer.

  After waiting in line forever, it took more than 10 minutes to get my drink, when several people, who ordered after me, had already received their drinks. As if thiswasn't bad enough, my drink was incorrectly made and I didn't have the time to get it fixed

  Baristas were very nice and informative. I have been to this store 3x and have been pleased with drinks, muffins, scones, and gifts. Will be coming back again.

  Honestly, I gave up subway for a while. I am glad I came on this one. The manager and crew were very friendly and knowledgeable in their sales pitches. It gave off a feeling that I was a regular and they knew who I was even though it was my first time at this subway.
