  The place is very dirty. It isn't what I expect when I go into a Starbucks.

  Got Grande capachino. . More foam than coffee, said to guy behind counter this a very ..light.. capachino... he though it was funny .. I didn't .. and no offer of hey let try again instead of maskung all foam ..oh well bit to early to switch on...

  Sunny Sunday afternoon 2pm. No coconut milk!! Which means they promote new drinks featuring coconut milk, so I can't get a plain old latte with coconut milk. Had to walk 3 blocks in other direction, waste of time walking here then walking to other Starbucks to get a drink.

  These people are rude as hell the bathroom had no bath tissue.. My wife ask them for a roll an to her to wait a minute and the would help they didn't help for another five minutes.. worst Starbucks downtown!

  It's amazing how much money and time people spend here. Some people who work here really don't understand the concept of dealing with people face to face. Are baristas cool now? Too cool to mingle with the common folk?
