  The gentleman who took the order (Gary) was quick, professional and efficient and the stars are for him. That’s where the positive review ends- I’ve never seen a barista as bad as Leni (I believe that was her name- a young black woman of average build). I’d ordered ahead on the app and waited a considerable amount of time ( the place wasn’t crowded at all!! ) to get the drink which I saw her prepare in front of me. My order was of an iced sugar almond milk latte with extra sprinkles. She poured regular dairy milk (I’m vegan) then fumbled about in the cabinets for something which she didn’t end il finding and then poured some brown liquid and placed the sticker on the cup then placed 2 drinks which looked very similar on the counter. When I asked her whether this was mine dinde it didn’t even remotely resemble the drink I ordered and had no toppings, she shrugged and said they were out of toppings and “no big deal “ attitude. It’s appalling how she decided to hoodwink customers by not even asking her supervisor of the customer whether the drink should be canceled because of the missing ingredient. The drink tasted like watered down Americano without a hint of flavor or sweetness- $7 in the trash!

  Your basic Starbucks, really. So; clean, inviting, and if the customer service is good. You're good. The parking lot is tiny and can be frustrating if it's busy. However, there is additional parking in the plaza.

  Staff was polite, but the latte I recieved was so burnt and disgusting it killed the overall experience at this location. :( --- Update! Since visiting three times since the lattes are back to quality SB standard. I have updated my rating from 3 to 5. ^.^

  I have been fortunate to pop in for my two favorite drinks, Medicine Ball and now Peppermint Mocha Frappe. Awe it's the most wonderful time of the year when ai can get my Peppermint mocha fix. And this time they didn't forget the chocolate curls. Plus I spurlged for the lemon loaf and a marshmallow treat. I have not received not one bad service yet and I hope I don't.

  Fort Ave Starbucks is a 10/10! The staff is awesome - they always make a point to greet and say goodbye to every customer no matter how busy it is. Their attention to detail and great customer service make it feel like a local spot rather than a chain.
