  Disorganized and slow service during peak hours. This location is almost always busy.

  Very friendly staff. They made my favorite Chestnut Praline Latte even though starbucks mobile app showed it out of season.

  The second shift is the most ineffective team you can deal with. Not organized , lost, and slow. There is improvement over the last 2 months though as I see the staff no longer waste everyone's time with side chat with customers while the line longer than Black Friday lines. Some drinks should be discontinued if they are behind this slowness and no way to add more staff or improve their speed.

  Standard Starbucks fare. Note that this is in the tunnels. You can access it down the escalator in One Shell Plaza. The baristas are also excellent considering this is one of the busiest Starbucks in the nation. The pressure of the tides of caffeine seeking business people doesn't dampen their service or charm!
