The staff was very friendly and tried their best to give my Star 🌟 reward back when they ran out of Nitro Cold Brew 🍺 The inside is nice and bathrooms are clean and kept locked, but I have to say, like other Starbucks, the ultra modern decor leaves it feeling very empty inside. Most seats are rather hard. They also don’t have a lot of mugs and stuff on the shelves, despite being a pretty big cafe.

I just went to Starbucks to order (2) Grande Pink Drinks, and they ran out of grande cups so I had to buy the Trenta size. I asked since they ran out of the grande size if they could give me the grande price for the Trenta , the lady said NO. she did let me know if I wanted to wait for an hour until they got a shipment, I could not wait I was on my lunch hour. It was not my fault they ran out of the grande size. I think I should have got the grande price since I purchased (2) drinks? Just a little disappointing. What do you all think???

I have been to this location three times since it opened. The first time my drink was incorrect. The second time my drink was ready when I arrived and I was welcomed. Today was by far the worst experience I have had at a Starbucks and I get Starbucks 7 days a week. I wasn't welcomed when I walked in but my drink was ready. I wanted a personal cup filled with ice water. I waited in line for a bit and the person in front of me was taking a while deciding what she wanted, so I walked to the drink pick up. The barrista making the drinks saw me but continued to ignore me, did not acknowledge me at all and made every effort to avoid eye contact with me. I stood there for 5 minutes. Went back to the line, which now had two people in front of me, and asked another worker if I could please get my glass filled with ice water. She took it to the barrista who proceeded to ignore her request until she went back a second time and asked him. I got my water with about 10 ice cubes in it. This is not a typical Starbucks experience, but none the less it happened. I will not ever return to this Starbucks, there are many others in the area with friendly, helpful staff. In addition, the way this Starbucks is set up you have to cross in front of drive thru traffic to get to the entrance, which is not very safe.

Visited this brand new Starbucks the day it opened on Monday, March 12 2018. They didn't have sandwiches yet but they had drinks and bakery items. This place is right around the corner from work and we will be visiting often. If this place was editable on Google maps during my visit I would have snapped a current photo. Update: by the next day, they had sandwiches and now serve the whole menu. People still ignore the sign that says "no left turns" on the Roosevelt exit.
