  I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. The baristas are always friendly and are excellent at what they do. Generally, if someone in service was "rude" to you, you were most likely being a jerk.

  They never participate in offers and most of the staff is cool but Regina is very rude

  Always greeted by staff. Have visited dozens of times. Coffee & food items delicious. My favorite is the dark roast coffee's.

  My experience is always pleasant, and I'm always satisfied with my drinks. However, I am so annoyed that Starbucks reward members can't redeem their rewards for a free drink here, or redeem a coupon for a free drink. I went in today thrilled to get a free beverage to find out that they don't accept the coupons either. Really killed my vibe!
