  Partners at this store don't have a concept of customer service. This is where the "Starbucks experience" comes to die. Don't waste your time, go down a few blocks and get better service at 2nd &Broadway

  Not a typical Starbucks experience! No outlets, wireless charges do not work, restrooms not working!, security guards inside coffee shop, feels like we are in some war zone..Good for a quick coffee take out!

  I mean most of their drinks are way too strong even if the main ingredients don't ask for it to be

  This Starbucks feels a lil sad. The vibe is not right and it's pretty messy when I visited. Oh BTW there's no power outlets so don't take your laptop here to work unless it's fully charged.

  Coffee may be their specialty but listening, service and courteousness are not. The service was extremely poor - a long wait time, wrong coffee drink and food order was not what was intended. Unfortunately it is the only coffee shop open in the area early on Sunday. Nearly the work service ever. I can abstain on this occasion and I am sure you can too. This is the first review I have ever written and hope it is my last.
