  I gave up on this Starbucks. They suck. Staff is rude and incompetent. Have gotten expired food items on numerous occasions. They don’t know how to make a macchiato. When you order a pike they fill the cup only half way. They always forget part of my order and I have to remind them after waiting several minutes. Starbucks should look into this location because they are a pathetic representation of the company. Go to Dunkin in Marillac, at least they are pleasant down there.

  Worst possible representation of Starbucks ever. Not only are the employees have the worst attitudes, they also overcharge you for everything. If you pay close attention, the place is actually filthy and unsanitary. They don’t follow health code standards and they NEVER wash their hands. I don’t recommend anyone go here unless you want to get a stomachache.

  I love this Starbucks..Some of the staff aren’t so pleasant,And needs more training but I love it when Malik is there is such a amazing experience she always makes my day ❤️❤️❤️

  An adequate Starbucks located in a student union Building. Always slammed during the regular term. Hours vary wildly in summer and between terms. Don't rely on getting your drink fast or well made. But if you are on campus it serves this basic purpose.
