  I never go to this Harris Teeter, always the one off of 64. However, I will be going here from now on! Avery is delightful… really the kindest soul. Always makes my drink right and goes above and beyond.

  My daughter (15yo) went up to the counter at 5:56pm on October 29th to order a drink. The lady rudely asked what she wanted and my daughter asked for a drink. The lady quickly dismissed her and told her no, I only have 4 minutes left. Seriously, where's the customer service there. I'm thinking she wouldn't have treated me that way. A customer is a customer and if you don't want to provide customer service then don't work on that industry.

  i went at 5:55 on October 29th. i went to order a drink and she rudely asked “do you need something?” i told her i just wanted a drink and she said “no i have 5 minutes left”. i feel that if i had gone with and adult that she would have made a drink especially because they were still open. i only wanted one small drink

  I stopped by this Starbucks last week and met Lacey. She was working alone on this super busy shopping day but that didn’t stop her from being quick and professionally about prepping our order and sending us on with a smile. Lacy was extremely friendly and cheerful. She was awesome and the coffee and hot cocoas she provided us were perfectly made.

  We get drinks here everytime we shop at Harris Teeter. It's always been made well, sometimes it's a little slow.
