::It's a great Starbucks. They work super hard and their coffee is what you'd expect. Sure, it's over sugared and they try to prevent unionization, but the app is so easy to order through.

::This place is filthy!!! The bathroom seems like it hasn’t been serviced all day. None of tables have been wiped Bc they were sticky. (I was there for a a few hours, awhile I wait on my car to be serviced ) This place has only one place to plug in a laptop. So if you want to go somewhere to work on your laptop for a few hours come with a fully charged battery or you’ll be disappointed. Gave 2 stars because the workers were very nice!

::I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to me. Almost every time I go here I have had to have them remake my drink. I’m not a Karen or a coffee fanatic. I just really like a basic coffee on their menu. I don’t make any special changes or anything and yet EVERY SINGLE time they make it or any other drink for that matter it’s not done right. I go out of my way to get up earlier for work just to go to a different Starbucks out of my way.

::Honestly the most poorly run Starbucks I've been to. About five people behind the counter tripping over each other in order to find something to do, and your orders are still 5 minutes later than the estimated time in the app. All this is whatever and you deal, but today they...didn't put _coffee_ in my latte. I was already on the freeway by the time I took my first sip, and it just tasted like oat milk. Confirmed later with a caffeine withdrawal headache. This prompted the one star review. Honestly don't know how that happens.

::Look, I’m not the kind of person to write reviews period or give bad reviews in general and I’m not trying to be a Karen because I understand the job of a minimum wage worker but I’ve gone to this Starbucks for years, I mean almost a decade and they have continuously failed to provide good service. First off almost all the customers are extremely rude I mean not just mildly rude like explicitly rude. There is only one worker who I can acknowledge to be truly amazing and they have honestly been a great server. But aside from that these workers will mess up your order and I don’t mean a small mistake I mean incorrect sizing completely different drinks and intentionally making petty mistakes and when you ask for a correction they get extremely upset and are so rude about it. I’ve never spoken up about most of these issues and usually move on with my day but I honestly just can’t do it anymore. To be honest I think they all hate their job and end up channeling that energy in their service. I swear I’ve never written a bad review in my life but this was well deserved.
