  I've been going to this Starbucks for years, but only because it's convenient. Of the hundred or so Starbucks I've ever visited, this is about as low as it gets. ALWAYS dirty...garbage, napkins on the floor. I was there for an hour one afternoon recently, at a table near the front, surrounded by paper, napkins, straw wrappers...and no one came out to clean during the entire time. Staff seldom even smiles. Whoever manages this place needs some serious replacement.

  Waited a long time for our 2 grande americanos,only 1 other customer ahead of us and when we FINALLY got our drinks they were very weak-tasted like Dunkin Donuts! We could not go back in because we waited so long and had to get to our sons soccer game.VERY DISSATISFIED

  Nice store. Usually pretty quiet when I've visited. Excellent service and roomy seating available.

  I just got my car detailed and had to stop and get some things from the grocery that is across the street from this Starbucks. When I finished​ shopping I found a flyer on my windshield and the man carrying them. I asked​ the man not to do that because I just got my car detailed. He said "your car will be fine, I'm just doing my job." Upset with his tone of voice and his response I call the Starbucks and inform them that I did not appreciate a flyer on my car and why they even sent an employee to this grocery's​ parking lot when it's not even in the same plaza. During the call I was upset but never raised my voice, and the response I got from the lady was in a sarcastic voice saying "I'm sorry a flyer upset you". I hung up as I didn't want to yell at a employee who probably had no knowledge of this or was just having a bad day dealing with other customers I've been there I get it. I just wanted to share my experience with some of their employees and to state that I will never buy anything from this Starbucks ever. PS putting flyer on people cars is not a good way to advertise something. It creates waste and a lot of people just throw them on the ground I saw at least 3-4 flyer floating around the parking lot.
