  Spacious, lots of natural lighting, friendly staff! Those are the reasons I enjoyed this Starbucks. Typical Starbucks products and I think the staff are well educated on the “special changes” some people can make. Can get busy, so you may have to wait in a line, but I think they get through it efficiently!

  Horrid, I came in at 12:08, I got two drinks… I was in their until 12:38 it wasn’t busy about 5 mins after I ordered it got busy (8 customers). As I watch my two cups with my order sticker sitting on the counter for about 20 mins they were making everyone else drink that came after me Not online order, but coming to the register and ordering just like me. Then when I was sitting their for about 10 more minutes some lady working there said”there’s about 25 drinks were making” as if I’m rushing them but simple no, I was a mistreated customer that waited patiently while watching everyone that was after me get their drink before me, and someone even got the same drink as me got theirs first. I just simply find it unfair and what the employee had to say was really rude really rude. I have social anxiety when problems come up like that, but if I speak im the rude impatient customer.

  Great in the mornings Monday through Friday! Clean,efficient and pleasant! Disgusting Weekend nights! They are dirty! They should get new management for this location. Lots of complaints!

  This Starbucks does not have a drive through. It's pretty small and it's next to a strip mall. It was pretty busy when I was there. You can do a walk up for a pick up.

  Richfield is the best Starbucks in the city! I always receive a warm welcome and the store is very organized. Nicole is the sweetest Barista ever! Thanks for always spreading the love!♥️
