  They say they restocking and cleanliness are important, being able to add sugar milk and other items to your coffee in this area at this location is somewhat how would you say... fragmented yes fragmented is a good word.

  This is my favorite Starbucks in the downtown ares. The staff is polite and service is fast. They have tons of seating and is roomie. They do have times they are extremely busy and that is when there is a convention is happening in the area. Even when they are busy service is still fast and not a long wait. The only downfall is if you stop there for a drink and sit on the laptop or need to plug in a phone they have no outlets to use at this location.

  Cool place to come and grab a drink. My order took a long time even though there were about 2 people in the place at the time but it’s cool.

  Probably one of the worst locations I’ve ever visited. The staff allows the homeless to use the bathroom to “shower” and clean up. Two homeless men were having sex in the bathroom on my last visit. I mean...good for them but....umm...yikes. Extremely rude staff. The place was filthy. Girls behind the counter were chatting and ignoring customers. One was sipping her own drink while people were waiting for their breakfast sandwiches that she forgot to put in the oven. Then she gave attitude when people asked. One walked away from the register while she was ringing up a lady. She was gone for 60 secs. The lady looks at me like “Can I take my chip card out?” Yikes. There are plenty of other options within a block or two.
