  Usually okay, but often out of stock on items. I've ordered items for lunch on the mobile app only to arrive to pick uo and be told I have to reselect and wait. Bakery items on Friday afternoons are particularly limited.

  Ordered cappuccinos for my friend and me via the Starbucks app just as we were leaving Fitness SF, a 4-5 minute walk from this café. When we arrived at Starbucks on Townsend St near 8th St, our orders were ready, exactly to our specifications. The baristas seemed reasonably friendly. Although a fair number of customers were at this Starbucks, we were able to find a table for two. If you are driving here, you might be interested in knowing that there were a number of available parking spaces along Townsend St during the 7-8am hour. There are also scooter and bike rental stations in this block.

  coffee and atmosphere was quite pleasant and enjoyable and the baristas were professional yet helpful in my decision making process as they helped me choose the right beverage that made my evening more relaxing and not energetic. I am deeply appreciative for their willingness to make me feel like a true customer and not like a bystander.

  The service was a little slow, and it was just not as cozy as some Starbucks I know. They do have good coffee. I go here often.
