  Slow Slow Slow slugs working today. It was brutally painful to watch such incompetence. I may trash my Starbucks app and just make coffee at home. One male one female behind counter. I know the female has been there awhile and still has zero customer service skills. No more chances. Bye bye.

  Why drink this chain garbage when a good coffee shop is next door... Cabin Coffee. Heck even AJs Fine foods is only a few miles away. Starbucks...5.00 cup of yuck.

  The older lady with brown hair and glasses is the worst employee. She is so incredibly rude...just horrible. I've gotten the worst vibe from her every time I come in, like I'm so annoying and such an inconvenience. This morning, I waited at the counter for a few minutes before she came over to take my order. No "hello how are you" or anything. Then after she finished writing on the cup she just walked away. Didn't tell me my total or anything, I didn't even know I was supposed to swipe my card. Then it took her forever to make my simple drink even though there was no one else there, and when I got it, it was completely wrong! I have no idea what she even did to it. I am no snob when it comes to things like this, I'm always super polite when people get things wrong, but if they are just downright rude, it's a different story. I just left. She has the worst attitude ever - If I were her manager I would fire her.
