  Waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee. Could have gone back there and made it myself. Asked for a refund and then they started working on it and said it was ready. Turned out someone ended up throwing it away because I wanted my money back. This place is run by monkeys.

  The barista completely ignored my request to use my free drink. I asked three times and then, instead of refunding the charge, told me to use it next time. Frustrating. This particular Starbucks usually has great morning staff, but this Saturday morning crew weren't up to the usual standard.

  My overall issue with this location is the lack of consistency in drinks and service. The service although friendly is disorganized. I've had my order forgotten or come out incorrectly. They are kind about fixing it or reimbursing when they have made a mistake. The quality of the espresso, coffee, and drinks really vary here too. The space inside and out is often too crowded to enjoy that coffee shop atmosphere. Also, the parking lot is poorly designed and doesn't accommodate the amount of traffic this location gets. Especially with the drive through backing up in the center of the lot.

  Great gluten free options. As always the coffee taste burned. Hot coco with an espresso shot it always yummy.

  A great place to grab a quick coffee or hang out and chat.... There's plenty of seating inside and outside, they make drinks pretty quickly. The drinks aren't the best caffeinated beverages out there just to be honest... But their service is predictable and they are fast at making drinks. It made it easy to hang out and chat knowing that music made it easier to have a private conversation.
