I did not ever have a problem until this particular guy started working the drive-thru at this location... every time I go he seems to be there. Now bless the new guys heart because he is upbeat and sweet as can be but my drink hasnā€™t tasted right since heā€™s been there. When I order he always repeats it wrong (the other night took 3 tries). My drink isnā€™t difficult. Expresso light frap/ coconut milk. I asked him if it was made with coconut milk and he said yes... I saw him poor the milk into my drink and it was a milk carton with a blue lid, now unless Starbucks changed their coconut milk brand he didnā€™t use coconut milk (it wasnā€™t someone elseā€™s drink either, it was 10 minutes before they closed and doors were locked - no one else was inside ordering). Iā€™m giving up on this place. Iā€™m too scared even if I go inside he will end up making my drink.

This location is a complete nightmare to get into and has big bumps to get into the parking lot, so don't bring your lowered car. The staff is insanely firendly and very prompt and clean. I asked for a water and got the largest cup with ice and water and a friendly smile. I'd highly recommend this location if the parking were easier

Great location. Easy to get in and out of. I came around 730pm on a Saturday night and it was full of students studying. Even though it was somewhat busy, it wasn't hard to find a seat, plus they have outdoor seating as well. Overall a clean Starbucks, friendly staff and quick service.

Ordered 8 coffees to go, different types. Gals were great, but didn't label coffees well. Didn't know what 1/2 were to give out!

Itā€™s a busy store but the line moves fast. No creamer at the stand AGAIN. This is a store to store trend Iā€™ve noticed. Really doesnā€™t make much sense when Starbucks uses the excuse that itā€™s a cost savings. Today when I went back to the counter and told them there wasnā€™t any cream at the stand, she poured me half a short cup of half n half. šŸ§ I used probably three tablespoons full. The rest they probably dumped
