  I wish that people that put 5 or more modifiers on their drinks, did not get a cup. "Non-fat Grande, triple shot, 2 splenda, extra hot, no foam latte?" *barista pours steaming hot liquid through the fingers of a basic bit$#*

  I had to buy a coffee (smth) to use their restroom. Apparently, its their “new policy”. Practically, I paid $4.40 to use the restroom. Ridicu....

  I received a travel mug as a Christmas gift. This comes with the added perk of free coffee for the month of January. While Starbucks are crowded in the morning, employees are friendly and efficient. My preference is the Starbucks at Jackson and Wabash

  Never been to this Starbucks, but their WiFi is strong, so Google gets confused when I am at the Potbelly's next door. I assume that the coffee is over-roasted like every other Starbucks. They are very busy in the morning.

  I waited more then 15 mins for my order. The long line of people behind me all received their order while I was left waiting. I received no apology for the long wait. Staff was very rude when I asked about the status of my order. Please reeducate your staff on proper etiquette
