  Incredible customer service by Ryan B!!!!!!!!!!! Helpful, respectful and welcoming. The person making our drinks was also very attentive, thanks Brian. Customer service is a hard job, treat people as you would like to be treated.

  got wrong order many times. i order the same drink same time for 5 months on drive tru. i go to Darien instead and have no problem with it.

  I came in once for some iced green tea and a sandwich. The workers act like they have poor listening skills and they don’t want to help you get your order right. Attitudes and egos are not short in this establishment. Came here again, and the vibe was not positive. The workers don’t have good energy at this location and some people who are super sensitive like me can feel the vibrations. It’s sad when you don’t even feel comfortable to even go through the drive through because of the bad attitudes and bad vibes you get! I hope this location burns down or goes out of business or something. You don’t deserve our money! Wish I could give NO stars! And to the workers I hope someone spits in your drink one day!

  The frapuccino was delicious. They have plenty of non-dairy options for those who need them. Great ambiance to spend time with friends catching up over a delicious beverage.

  AVOID going to this location if you can!! If I have options to choose no star, I wouldn't even rate one. The owners need to watch out their employees, terrible service with attitude for every visit. I've been there many time because that's the nearest location to my work. I got the attitude from the employee for 9 out of 10 visits, got the wrong order for 3 out of 10 visits, they never provide the green splash sticks for the drive thru customers (not kidding, everyone can try it), there is no respect, no appreciation. Dear Employees: If your attitude comes from the low pay, then please quit the job, no one force you to work here, if your personal skills can support you do well at a higher pay place, why would you work here? Being a nice volunteer? No, we don't need such spirit. Thank you. If not, keep working here, stop your physical complaint, and leave your at home. Greatly appreciate it.
