  Fantastic service as always. One of the baristas started recognizing me and remembering my order after I've only been there 4 or 5 times. Great atmosphere, comfortable, and of course good coffee.

  I’m being 100% honest, I love Starbucks I love the types of things they have all the way from all the drinks too Pastry’s and almonds and gum, and I’m willing to spend all the money and how expensive this is but when I go to this one on Rufe snow constantly because my school is close to it. And they always never have particular things or there very rude and expect you to not know what they have, one week I went every single day almost except Sat and Sun and they didn’t have almond chocolate bites , they said they’ll have a truck and it’ll have everything in stock but it probably a lie this is a horrible customer service experience and this location needs more attention this past Sunday I went and they didn’t have the sleeves, and the coffee was still hot they offered to give another cup but it was the same as hot. They should have these types of things in stock. I love Starbucks but hate this location.

  My girlfriend’s boss did a mobile order and they tried giving my girlfriend watered down drinks. Maybe if the guy in drive thru wasn’t on his phone or the blonde in the black skirt wasn’t chatting it up with her friends in the lobby the two poor girls in drive thru probably wouldn’t be struggling. But they did remake the two frappes, just think maybe those two people are what are causing the line at 9:30 AM!

  Even though the lines and wait-times were terribly long, I noticed how hard the employees were working. It is up to Management to hire the correct number of people. Kudos to the barrister's!

  When I got into the store there was no one in front of me, took the employees way too long to get my order, they addressed me with very annoyed tones. I sat and waited for my drink to be ready and called out (like all stores do), and it never came. I walked over to the handoff plane and buried six drinks deep in a forgotten collection of made drinks I was able to find mine. The whole time I was there I didn’t hear a single drink order get called out. To that fault at least the coffee was made well which I can’t say about some stores with better service than this one.
