  Usually we get AMAZING service from a young Hispanic gentleman. But today there was a young Hispanic girl named Alica who had a nasty attitude about us asking for no ice in our drinks. Rolled her eyes and huffed as we ordered. No appropriate if you ask me.

  just remember this is an IN GROCERY STORE starbucks, so they don't honor all promotions. It's not their fault, they are franchises
