Had a big banner advertising new triple mocha frappacino, so, I waited in line for literally 30 minutes to try one. But, when it comes time to take my order, that is when the clerk decided to tell me that they were out of frappacino.

As a visitor at Animazement, we wanted a great drink from this Starbucks. We, like many others in line, were waiting in line for a frappe. We waited in the line for 30 minutes, only to be told when we got to the counter that they could not do any blended drinks. After leaving quietly, but angrily, they closed their doors 30 minutes early. I expect higher quality from higher priced establishment, this is not it.

The location is well-placed since it is in downtown connected to a hotel and near a lot of businesses. It is very disappointing that the location cannot offer mobile orders despite the foot traffic that comes through. Compared to other Starbucks, the employees at this location seem very disorganized and slow to the point that the line became long and customers were disgruntled. Despite having many employees working, they had one cashier and one barista working while others were standing around thinking of what to do. The cashier appeared unhappy and had a sarcastic tone when taking coffee orders. Despite how the food display is setup, everyone should know that Starbuck's food options do not look as gruesome as how this store had displayed; the sandwiches looked so unappealing.

I agree to all negative comments but apparently the corporate people don't really care about how badly the store is managed. This location makes profit just because of the hotel customers. Do not expect Starbucks quality and standards if you prefer this location and be really patient :).

This Starbucks is a joke. I was just in there at 6:40 and they were like we are closed. Your door says 7 the app says 7 you close at 7, do your job. They don't accept the app. They are constantly out of syrup, if they weren't the only place close to duke progress energy where I spend a lot of time working long hours, I would never go in this Starbucks.
