  Be careful when you order in store. They charged me the highest tips without my authorization. I paid $8 for a $5 drink.

  Horrible service. I ordered one drink at 10:30 to have it before my 11:00 class. I arrived around 10:50 and it was a little busy, so I waited. I have worked in the service industry for almost 10 years, so I understand. At 11:05 I asked if someone had taken my order by mistake because it was not busy anymore, the barista scoffed me off and said they haven't got to it yet, not even asking the name of the order. 11:20 came, I asked again and was again ignored. I missed my class because I did not want to leave for something I paid for, and I expected it to come out any second. 11:30 came and I asked again and was ignored. By 11:45 I said I was waiting for over an hour and people who ordered the same as me received it a couple minutes after ordering. They laughed about it and had an attitude. Will never be going here again since this was my second negative experience.

  Horrible old coffee! Not freshly brewed. The coffee was lukewarm and tasted horrible. Not at all acceptable!! Not a corporate store so you have to use your Starbucks cards on your app. Inexperienced staff is no help. Very poor attitudes by some staff.

  Everytime I go to this location they always add customizations to my drinks, which I never asked for. I simply ordered a grande mocha frapp, no added pumps or nothing. When I check later, it says 1 added mocha pump with whipped cream for some reason! If you choose to go to this Starbucks be ready to get scammed and charged an extra dollar or two for something u never ordered. Go to another Starbucks if u want to save your dollar.

  I was starving for a FRAPPUCINO and followed the App. Coming from the opposite side I missed it almost. But the place itself is spacious and the staff was fine and friendly. How to load and charge my card or what means coffee blend with an extra shot espresso had to be explained here too. What the tallest size of a Frappucino is we finally agreed on as well and solved it by making a simpel addition. All were happy!
