  Ordered a frap and they took 30 minutes to realize that no paper printed out, so when I asked them for my frap, they had no clue. Then they checked their orders and found out that my order was missing and they made it but they made the wrong frap! And I was super late to work because of it. I told the barista that my drink was wrong but the barista just looked at me all rude. So I left! There is a reason why we pay so much for our drinks...and that is so our drinks are correct! What if I'm allergic to anything in that frap I got? I threw it to the trash, it was gross!

  They charged me and my friend $6.49 for a water and did not give us a drink I called them and complained and they were VERY rude! Do not gamble your money at this awful Starbucks location.

  It's a small Starbucks. It can be very crowded at times.

  This Starbucks has a friendly staff, just like most, and opens long before the mall shops do. It is a saving grace that you can come in early and still relax by the fountain while sipping your fine coffee and reading the NY Times.

  I thought that this Starbucks was pretty average compared to other Starbucks locations I've been to, service was good and my drink was alright
