  This store should have done some serious customer service training for its employees. The barista was rude and disrespectful. She treated me like she’s doing me a huge favor by serving me this damn coffee. And I am not a difficult person at all. People like her need frequent reminders that the company only remains in business thanks to its customers!!!!

  DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! This place literally made me stop going to Starbucks all together. They never get my order right. But if you seriously feel the need for an attitude reminder of the worlds most disgruntle people then come here! Worst customer service ever!

  Worst service ever, American University should be ashamed. The workers are rude, don't make the drinks right and it's not Starbucks service worthy. Would not recommend, there's one down New Mexico and in Tenley to go to.

  Worth your time (and money) to go to one of the other two Starbucks within 10 minutes walking distance. Terrible customer service. They don't try to fix it when they charge you for a more expensive drink and don't follow directions like "light ice."
