  I’ve ordered the same drink for the past 5 years and the guy behind he counter says that’s not how you order it, I said I’ve always ordered it that way with no problem. He says “well that how it’s supposed to be ordered”. Why so much attitude at 8am?

  My favorite barista is here . I can’t recall his name but he always knew what I was getting and I believe that is what makes anyone live their job . Loving their loyal customers and taking time to remember small things in such a growing company is an achievement only this Starbucks has and always will . The managers deserve recognition because the staff there is not only excellent but always positively vibrant .

  Customer service wasn't that impressive. Cashier was on his phone as soon as I swiped my card and barista didn't announce my drink causing some confusion and delay. Bathrooms are filthy too.

  The staff are good people who will take the time to make sure you got what you ordered
