Screwed up my order twice. I asked them to leave room for cream and sugar and they filled to brim. Tried to dump some out and the entire cup fell in the garbage spilling coffee everywhere. Asked for another, again stressing to leave room for cream and sugar and they filled it full again. After I had them fix it, discovered the cream was empty. By then my ride was leaving and I had no time to get the coffee I paid for. Worst Starbucks ever. Would leave zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time.

They don't do Starbucks reward when you get a free coffee. Really rude cashiers and they skipped over my friends coffee and he had to ask for it again after 5 people went through and got there's. He got a small black. 2 seconds to make. They forgot him. Not impressed. I love Starbucks but this one was terrible. Wouldn't go here again. Very disappointed.

This starbucks does not accept rewards, Barisata were rude, I ordered coffee and waited and she kept serving other people their drinks. She completely forgot about mine and didn't even say sorry.

Made my drink in a cup not a shaker and was insulted when I asked to shake it. It clearly wasn't measured and tasted awful. My sandwich was also wrong and they continued to argue with me. Terrible experience, ended up walking out. Frequent this hotel but will never go to this Starbucks again.

I called corporate Starbucks. I asked why at this non corporate store they can charge way above the normal drink prices? They had no good answer. From the looks of it, other people don't mind as they all line up to pay the inflated rip off prices! I'll walk to the Starbucks down the street, about 10 mins. and pay what I should. All you'll get are "kids" answering at the 800 phone Starbuck's customer services AND with no situational judgment. And, they're running their company, front line! This is highway robbery. Nearly 7 bucks for a Venti Hot Americano here and with one extra shot (at $1.50!). Normal Starbucks price, $3.80 - 4.05. Never again for me. Why won't people boycott these arrogant corporations? I agree with the other reviews here on this.
