  I use mobile order all the time. My drink has NEVER been ready upon my arrival. And I mean Never. I’ve even had to cancel my order and ask for a refund so I could make it to work on time. It’s one thing to never be on time but then after I do wait they hand me the wrong drink. I only notice once I’m in my car and rushing to make it to work so of course I don’t have time to have them remake it!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  They always get it wrong. You can do a mobile order and from the starbucks app it spells it out to the baristas. They still get it wrong. They even get rude when you mention that the drink is the wrong one. There's a label that's printed out so you know what to make! How is it my fault you messed up? At 6 bucks a cup , you bet your ass I'm saying something.

  Nice Starbucks, but I was not excited about my experience. I ordered a frappachino and was given soup. When I explained that I was not happy the cashier not only acknowledged that she knew the drink was wrong, offered excuses and pretty much refused to correct it. After talking to the manager was my drink made correctly.

  This Starbucks is terrible. They often get my order wrong, they're almost always out of Cold brew, and the iced drinks (americanos, iced coffee) usually taste like water. And I'm usually waiting for 10-15 minutes for a simple drink. The employees are nice, but they all move at a snail's pace. This may be the closest Starbucks to my house, but I won't ever go there again since the last 10 trips have been bad experiences.

  The order was wrong, and it took awhile to get three drinks. I go to this location because you can enjoy a drink while shopping because it's inside King Soopers. Store is always clean and no restroom directly inside Starbucks, but no far around the corner. The employee was very nice. I scored this store low because my drinks seem to vary so much from other locations.
