  Real tough to find and to visit because of the hospital. Upside is: use the hospital WiFi: it's about 10 times faster than Starbucks' WiFi or any other WiFi you'll find. In today's minimum wage world, there's no Starbucks staff face, so what kind of service you get depends on who got sick of he job, and who was hired to replace her. Not the best place for quick caffeine fix, because of afore said location visitation problems.

  This place rocks, right down from management to baristas!! Very friendly, drinks on point. Obviously the other review was mad about not using a coupon- grow up

  If you don't close till 730, at 7om your machines shouldn't be shut off so customers can't order a cap machine shouldn't be down and cleaning for the end of the day.

  Apparently Papa Joe's owns this Starbucks which means they won't take rewards, coupons, etc. Also they think that random Papa Joe's employees (like the manager who walks around the hospital and wears jeans, a business shirt and no apron while ringing up customers) can sub in and make drinks when they are understaffed and of course try don't know what they are doing. All the employees have a terrible attitude and it's ridiculous how slow and bothered they seem to be when having to take care of customers. High prices paired with terrible customer service means I take my business to Biggy Coffee right across the courtyard.
