  The staff is very nice and the food and drink quality is really good.

  Terrible location. Was in there today at 1:30 Very impersonal staff. They conversate between each other. Could care less that you are as a customer. Constantly talking and joking around with each other. Very unprofessional. The 2 women in front of me felt the same way. Employees who are not working are at the counter ordering, joking around and the cashier is so involved with the conversation with the employee she screwed up 2 orders then laughs. The employee who was not working then went behind the counter and started whispering in her ear, she stops whats she's doing and now Im standing there waiting for my coffee to be ground. Then, she over charges me and has no idea how to fix what she did. I had to pretty much break down the error and fix it for her myself Terrible experience.....from the cashiers to the coffee makers to obviously management, it gets worse as it goes on!!! Will not go back there again. Will start going to dunkin donuts.

  Every time I come here there is a problem. The oven they have does not cook the food thoroughly it’s always cold in the middle. And when I went back to tell them the barista gave me an attitude because I’m telling her the sandwich is cold in the middle ???. They ran out of lids for Venti and Grande cups ans only have tall cups. They don’t have any cake pops. So they gave me half of my money back and free tall sized coffee coupons. Smh worst Starbucks ever.

  The place is very good. They have charging spots on the tables and plenty of room where you can find a place to sit and relax.
