  This Starbucks location employs friendly staff that provides quality service. Of course the drinks are always perfect but I find it important to get a friendly face before I get my coffee ;)

  I've never had any problems here with my drinks or the service. Staff is always pleasant and the drinks are always great :)

  I’ve had numerous trouble at this Starbucks with getting orders wrong but this experience takes the cake. We placed a mobile order with two items and sent my husband to pick it up. They only gave him one item and told him there was nothing else on the order. I called as soon as he returned as was told I would have to return to the store in order for them to correct their mistake. They have no problem taking my money without me present but are evidently unable to refund that same money. I spoke to the manager who didn’t give me her name and offered no other solutions. Disappointing and poorly run. Won’t be returning to my neighborhood Starbucks.

  This store took almost 15mins to make my coffee and this has been a recurrent issue for all the times I've visited this store. Today, I ordered a green tea lemonade and I waited 13 mins for it. Starbucks is known to be of fast service, but this store takes for ever to prepare your orders.
