::The service is subpar. I waited nearly 14 minuets for egg white bites. Then I watched three people before me get their food that they ordered after mine. When I asked for a refund because of the time I was looked at with disgust and was surprised the staff didn’t apologize for the delay then told the slow worker making the food to put it in the back because they were going to eat it. Wish they spent more time focused on their job then talking

::I usually don't drink my coffee for about 5 minutes, and then it's usually still pretty warm but drinkable. Today it was completely cold which makes me think they just used an old coffee to fulfill my online order.

::The store manager lies about parking, super unhelpful. I parked at Starbucks Parking lot, went to use the bathroom, came out, my car was towed. The store manager not only did not help me get my car back, but also told me to call the towing company away from her store, otherwise she would call 911 on me. Excuse me?!!!??? Is this how your treat a paying customer? Later my Lyft driver who lives across the street told me that this Starbucks gets kickback from the towing company who setup the trap. No wonder she did not want to help her customer.

::It’s definitely a great place to sit and study. Has plenty of seats to sit and charge your phone/laptop. They have seating outside and it has a nice view. The baristas a super nice. I love it !

::Not the most perky staff around. They could use some morning coffee to cheer themselves up. Certain employees in particular are very snippy with costumers that walk through the door. My friends car was towed in a matter of minutes at this location as well for making a quick visit next door. Despite the fact that she paid for a cup of coffee and spent time inside.
