  The first time I came in one of the batista's asked if I was a pastor or a teacher. We shared a genuine moment in fashion and because of that interaction I always come in to grab my coffee there. I've had some pretty "you're just another customer" experiences at other Starbuck locations in Fort Worth but this genuine fella made me feel welcomed. Thank you guys for always being welcoming and tell Joe thanks for always being cool. I hope he grows his locks back out soon ✌ Oh, get your coffee from THIS location lol. Fast, friendly, and clean!

  First of all, I never write reviews, but today PETER went above and beyond. I decided to share my story because I believe he has amazing customer service. As I walk inside the store and get in line, I looked around the menu to see what I wanted to get. I didn't find anything appealing. So, I asked Peter for a suggestion, I wanted a strong drink that would get me through the day. So he suggested two, one specifically that sounded like it had way too many calories, so he started giving me tips for health and why he recommended that drink. He also shared something personal and gave me more tips to loose weight!. I didn't go for the first drink he suggested because I don't really like sweet drinks. So, Peter suggested another one, one that was very bitter - Ice Triple Machiato with 2 raw sugars. I took this option, and he gave me the receipt with the a special at the bottom of the receipt! I had a great time speaking with him, so I decided to write a review. I will definitely come back.

  The restrooms were covered in piss and what appeared to be smeared poop stains in both restrooms. Am I at Chevron gas station or Starbucks? I went to tell the staff but nobody addressed me for at least 2 minutes. I asked the guy "do y'all clean the bathrooms? I need to use it but it's not accessible." The guy was nice and he went to the kitchen and told the 4 guys in the back and then he went to clean. My mom and I waited 5 minutes to be helped with our order after that. I can tell you I will not be coming back to this location again. If the restrooms are nasty I can only imagine how the food and utensils are being handled! SMH

  There are several Starbucks that I go to throughout the month on my route to and from work and customers. I'm not sure the gentleman's name who has a ponytail and beard, but he usually runs the window is one of the nicest most friendly gentleman I have ever had the pleasure receiving a cup of coffee from. He always wishes me a safe and happy day. Oh and he knows his stuff great coffee recommendations.
