  Bad service. Slow people and they ignore you after asking them a lot of times.

  THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!!! They have one barista making drinks for a long ass line of like 20 people plus mobile orders!! G.I.T.(GET IT TOGETHER)

  Lines are too long at times for a quick cup of good coffee, but if you can hang around and wait, this is fine

  Have worked in the area for 4 years now and can say that while the staff had some serious issues when I first started going, with regards to being accommodating, friendly and swift, I'd imagine the clientele didn't always lend to that sort of motivation for them either. In the last 6 months though, there's been an obvious transformation with staff and I no longer hesitate whether or not to go in and grab my blonde roast because I'm being a bother. This location has definitely come a long way, in the right direction. Hey, customer service is in the eye of the beholder.
