  UPDATE: YAY, THANK YOU STARBUCKS!☕☕We now have a walk -up window!! (Below is my original review,,I updated to 4 stars). *I know it's meant to be a Drive-thru,, but, just a suggestion,, what about a "walk-up" window as well? I'm sure business would, at least, double!!*

  I have been at this location for many times and many of them have been disappointing. They just cannot get the correct way to do drinks. Doesn’t matter if they are cold or hot. To the manager in charge of this troubling location PLEASE do yourself a huge favor and train these employees. Why is it that when you go to Manhattan and buy the same drink that Brooklyn Cropsey location can’t make it late pls and tasted different. After the guy tried to redo it he managed to give me burned beans with ice water with foam. All I was trying to get is the cold foam cappuccino. Disgusting.....

  Love this drive-thru. Great location, in big parking lot ... It's nice to be able to just park with your drink.
