  Overall the place is clean but personnel is rude. It seems it takes effort to tell what they serve. When I ordered latte I asked to make it stronger but I was ignored completely and the woman told me I had to pay more first. Very rude. Will never visit again

  The service here is good and the coffee but a lot of homeless people hang out here and beg for money in the store. There is also homeless people that come into the store and just scream. Not really at anyone just in the store. It would be nice if they had security to help out with that.

  The batistas here are 5 stars. I am always greater with a friendly hello. They are extremely fast, accurate and friendly. I order my coffee and breakfast on the app as I am heading out of my room in the Sheraton and it's ready by the time I walk in the door. The store is in a high traffic area and not as fresh as some of them but average in the grand picture. So, as a result of overall cleanliness it is a high 4 star.

  Very busy but quick service. This is a beautiful Starbucks in a high traffic area. Standard menu and standard food/coffee outcomes. Nice place to warm up as you walk the downtown area in the colder months
