  The wait here is unbearable. I have never been at a starbucks that took this long. And ive been to very busy starbucks'. I waitied almost 30 min at drive thru and was stuck and couldnt get out.

  This place is slow and lazy. Who we've heard of you have to get out of your car to make cup purchases when you have a specific one in hand you just bought at another store. And then customer service on the phone is like welp, we'll just give the feedback, no offer for compensation, etc. You're on your last straw with me, Starbucks.

  The manager CHRIS is a total a** hat. Has no idea what he's doing. This store only runs because of the workers. He does nothing but sip his coffee in his little corner, and create a toxic environment. Starbucks has a low standard for management, clearly. Dump the trash soon, please.

  Why are the doors locked at 8 PM when clearly the website says 930pm. And then while I'm trying to pick up my drinks the barista in the drive thru tells me I have to reorder my drinks through the speaker. Nonsense first of all if y'all wanna be closed then don't let people order online. Period!!!

  On our day off had to start our day right with Starbucks coffee. I know my Venti Almond milk triple shot extra hot latte always comes out perfect here. Today we took Coco and Babbies with us too. I asked it they had treats for dogs and they said YES!!! I was EXCITED!! They both got a little cup of whip cream which you can see they LOVED. Thanks Starbucks for being my Stars.
