  Asked for a beverage and it was cold. Returned to counter and said cold. Put very hot water in my cup and handed it to me. Could not taste any thing except hot cream. Worst chia I have anywhere. Worst than Budapest!!!

  I NEVER post reviews but I walked in here with my family. Ordered 2 coffees and a cake pop for my kid. The order was rung up with the wrong sizes, we were given no receipt and waited for 20 mins. Had to ask for the cake pop that we paid for. When I ask for my money back for the coffee I never received, the cashier told me that my card was declined….for a refund??…. He told me that he was “barely dealing with me.” Terrible customer service. I would go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks if you’re wanting coffee.

  RUDE employees. I ordered a royal breakfast latte and got just black tea. Spent $6 on black tea.. went back to ask them to fix the order (it was mobile so the ticket did indeed say latte) and just got attitude from the girl working. I get mistakes happen but own it and fix it. The drinks are gross.

  Stayed at the hotel. No issues at the hotel. The Starbucks had rude people working there. They didn’t listen to the order and made what they wanted. Then talked bad about us in Spanish. We know Spanish so that didn’t work. So sad that they gave Starbucks a bad name.

  I stayed at the Courtyard and stopped by every morning to get coffee. My latte was made as it should and tasted good. I was always greeted in a nice, friendly and attentive manner and the least we could do is being nice and friendly back to them. Ashley was a sweetheart and always took care of my coffee and every day it was delish and it was good to see her too! Thank you Ashley! Jesse was nice too :)
