  The staff are great!!! It’s a shame we can’t tip them what they deserve. Shouldn’t have to order through an app to tip them. One of the main reasons I don’t go to this anymore is bc I feel bad. I never have any cash to tip them and sometimes the app doesn’t work. #dobetter

  Yikes! Just as others have said, the customer service at this location is awful! The customer service at the Starbucks across the street on Hall Blvd is so much better. Take my advice- skip this location and go there instead!!

  This is the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. After waiting for 25 minutes for a single drink I asked what was taking so long. I was told it would be ready in a minute. 5 minutes later I told him this wasn't good customer service and I was told that they're not paid enough to care about what I think. These people have no business working in a customer driven environment.

  Terrible customer service. The staff I interacted with were not purposefully engaging with the customers and when they did it was forced. The barista who took my order rolled their eyes consistently, did not read my order back to me and my drink ended up being incorrect. When I told another barista of the error of my drink, the same barista who took my order overheard, scoffed and rolled her eyes. I would not recommend this Starbucks due to the poor customer service. There is another Starbucks down the street that I will be going to from now on.

  This is the worst location! The customer service is absolutely terrible! I live down the street and intentionally try to not go to this location. I’m never welcomed when I come in, I’m never thanked, and I’ve only been told goodbye once. They are VERY slow, especially compared to the other locations which are literally 1-2 blocks away. Zero sense of urgency here. Whoever the manager or district manager is for this location needs to retrain virtually every person at this location. Skip this place. Go to the cedar hills ones instead. Way better!
