  There machines were out off service, there weren't any edible products available, or very few options. Wouldn't recommend this location even if my dog needed something.

  This Starbucks rushes making drink to get you out the drive through and it show in the drinks. Very disappointing drinks and if you order any food they make you park… worst Starbucks I’ve been to in Bakersfield… I would give it a zero star if I could.

  My experience here was pretty horrible. There was one barista there, and after around 5 minutes she acknowledged us. I asked for a cup of water, and she told me there was a cup shortage. When I asked her name she rudely replied that she doesn't give her name out to strangers. Which I totally understand, it's just the lies and disrespectful tone of voice that was very off putting. Hopefully they speak to their employees on how good customer service is showed. I won't be asking this Starbucks for anything!

  I’m not sure who the barista was that helped me out was but on 6/13 around 9 in the morning. I walk up to the counter and I order my drink. The barista that was there said that they were out of certain ingredients so they couldn’t make the drink I wanted. Understandable. So I proceed to order a strawberry açaí. It was a pretty chilly morning so I didn’t want to drink anything cold so I asked the barista if I could get my drink with no ice and he said he couldn’t do that. Ahhh you can’t give me my drink with no ice? I’ve came to this location before and asked baristas to not add ice to my drink and I’ve never had the issue when they say they can’t do that. Maybe the managers need to talk to the employees and give them better training cause not being able to give someone a drink without ice seems pretty stupid to me. Plus I get it it’s 9am and you probably don’t want to be at work on a Monday but loosen up the attitude!

  A staff named Nadene did not want to give me a straw because they only have a few and only give it out to customer who bought frap drinks. I’ve seen a bunch in a counter. Please dont lie to your customer. One straw will not make a difference.
