::Friendly baristas -- they will remake your drink for you if you spill it! The only downside is there are always a lot of people because there's cal train, muni, and the ballpark nearby, so do mobile orders so you can just pick them up.

::It’s designed about as well as any other Starbucks, so no complaints there. However, today I saw a barista rudely tell a guy he wasn’t allowed to hang out inside if he wasn’t a customer. Which is stupid. Where else are you supposed to go? It’s cold!

::Its location close to the San Francisco train station has served me well for my morning breakfast. The staff is nice and friendly - has inside and outside seating available. Good variety of sandwiches.
